Standard Rental Policies
The rental group agrees to pay a non-refundable reservation deposit of 25% at the time of booking. Your reservation will be confirmed upon Camp Kindle’s receipt of a) the reservation deposit and b) a fully executed original of this Booking Contract. The remaining balance must be settled prior to the time of the visit.
CANCELLATION BY CAMP KINDLE: Kids Cancer Care will strive to honour all reservations, however; in circumstances beyond our control, Kids Cancer Care, in its sole and exclusive discretion, reserves the right to terminate this Rental Agreement subject to refunding the Reservation Deposit and any sums paid to Kids Cancer Care in respect of the Rental Price. The Rental Group will have no further claim against Kids Cancer Care.
CANCELLATION BY RENTAL GROUP: A Rental Group may cancel their booking up to 90 days prior to the Reservation Period and receive a full refund minus a $50 processing fee. The Reservation Deposit is not refundable within 90 days of the Reservation Period.
The rental group agrees to confirm the number of beds, facilities, food and set-up requirements three (3) weeks prior to the start of the reservation period. This final number will be the minimum charged. A decrease in the requirements of the rental group will not affect the total balance owing. Any balance owing may be increased on the commencement of the reservation period based on an increase in the number of guests or on any additional services required. A supplemental invoice for any additional services will be issued and payment is due upon receipt.
